Knee Surgery Done!

So, I finally had the Knee surgery yesterday. I feel surprisingly good. I’m walking around (probably more than I should) and soooo looking forward to getting back into the rhythm of working out.  Looked at the MRI for the other knee and I have a HUGE cyst in it. Doc think that if I do PT for both knees and lose some weight it will be fine, but we will look again in a few months.  Wish me luck!
