What is the rule? If it’s above your neck, you can work out, if it’s below your neck, rest? Well, what if it IS your neck? Or specifically, your throat? It’s beyond just feeling icky, and it physically HURTS to do things. Talking, eating, drinking, breathing hard. Yuck. I went to the doc today, and they just said it’s a cold. Again. For the third time in three months. I thought working out and eating better was supposed to make you feel BETTER, not worse?
Anyway – I’m pushing through right now. Hitting the gym for some cardio in the AM (worked up to 25 minutes on the elliptical with no knee pain! Yeah!). I will think about swimming a little tomorrow since I have no afternoon workout. Power through. This is going to happen.
